Association History

Venetian Gardens at Country Club of Miami Condominium Association, Inc. is a residential condominium community situated in Miami Gardens with quick access to major highways and shopping centers including Miami Lakes’ Main Street and Pembroke Lakes Mall. The community dates back to 1970 and amenities include a newly remodeled pool, tennis court, clubhouse and gym.

Venetian Gardens at Country Club of Miami Condominium Association is a domestic non-profit business with 288 residential units and 18 laundry rooms. With six different floor plans to choose from, you are sure to find the property that fits your lifestyle.

It is served by an elected Board of Directors who are legally bound to uphold its standards as outlined in three legal documents that were put into place at the time the Association was established: The Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, and the Deed Restrictions.
